Meet the Manager
Ray Sehweil, Manager
Ray Sehweil brings more than 30 years of restaurant experience to the Pensacola community. He is known locally as the founder of Taste of Jerusalem, which first opened in Pensacola in 2018 and later expanded to a larger West Cervantes location.
Ray later launched Taste of Jerusalem Express near the Cordova area, bringing the restaurant's familiar recipes into a faster, more convenient format. His approach has always focused on hands-on leadership, consistent quality, generous hospitality, and serving food he can be proud of.
Ray is now opening China 123 Express on West Cervantes Street, bringing that same experience and attention to quality to a brand-new Chinese concept built around a simple idea: 1 Meat, 2 Meat, 3 Meat. He is working closely with the team as they prepare to welcome Pensacola customers with fresh Chinese favorites, refreshing drinks, and friendly service.

Hours have not been finalized. We will publish them on this site before our first day rather than post a guess.
Do you have starters and drinks?
Yes. The official menu currently lists spring rolls, cream cheese rangoons, chicken dumplings and edamame, plus 20 oz and 12 oz Coke Products. Coke pricing is coming soon; starter prices are on the Menu page.
